You’ll get a little scoop about the new and full moons and how best to utilize the energy. We also gather for live moon ceremonies hosted via Zoom. All ceremonies are recorded and accessible in the library.

Monthly group coaching and energy clearing. In a more intimate setting, we share our challenges and get an emotional clearing so we are left feeling calm and clear.

hi, i’m carmen.
I’m a seeker. For over three decades I have explored a spiritual path. I’ve studied energy, crystals, moon ceremonies, signs, cosmic guidance, and so much more. I use simple spiritual practices to continually up level my life. I have manifested a thriving spiritual guidance career, a wonderful husband, a brilliant child, and a happy soul. With my background as an acupuncturist, energy healer, and coach, I’ve helped hundreds of people navigate hardship and transform their lives by helping them become more of themselves. Over the last few years I’ve been thinking about how I could impact as many people as possible. I was looking for the universe to tell me what methods I could choose to help others manifest miracles into their lives. I asked for a specific sign… two white elephants.
About a week passed and I celebrated my birthday by doing breath work and a sound bath with my bestie at a place we had never been. During the meditation I was really feeling a strong pull toward a business idea that seemed like the right answer. After the meditation was over I saw my sign in their bathroom! I was stunned. The sign was loud and clear. So I followed my intuition and created a supportive community for magical people who want to incorporate spiritual self-care. All while amplifying their manifesting skills and use all the fun things like moon ceremonies and signs to do it. The Casual Coven was manifested!

what is the casual coven?
The Casual Coven is an online membership club for people who are interested in bringing more spiritual self-care into their life. While the club is mostly women and has a focus on the divine feminine, we welcome all genders who are passionate about deepening their connection to the Universe.
what if i want to cancel my membership?
Then cancel! There are no penalties. If at any point you don’t feel this is the right fit for you then that’s ok! You can pause or cancel your membership at any time. Know that we loved having you.
is the casual coven for me?
If you are you looking for a way to add consistency to your spiritual practice, learn new magical tools, and be a part of a supportive community, then hell yes this is for you.
how is the casual coven delivered?
All moon ceremonies and workshops are on Zoom. There is a weekly email and the community communicates on Slack.
how much of my time will the casual coven require each month?
As much or as little time as you want! Moon ceremonies last about 45 minutes, workshops are about an hour. There is never any pressure to participate. I believe in asking yourself, “do I have the energy for…” before doing anything.
what if i can't do all of the content?
That’s ok! This is CASUAL. There are no “have-to” or “shoulds” here. The Casual Coven provides you with tools so when you feel ready you know where to turn and what to do. No pressure. Ever. Follow your intuition above all.
what if i can't make it to the ceremonies or workshops?
Ceremonies, workshops, and coaching sessions are always recorded. You always have the option to listen to a replay at your convenience. Or you can skip it, no guilt. This is about you having a spiritual practice that works for you.
what if i'm introverted and i don't like to put myself out there?
You are talking to introvert number one. I completely understand and support you. You are welcome to come and be a voyeur or chat it up as much as you’d like. Come as you are. Introverts unite!
is the casual coven for me if i don't know anything about spirituality?
Absolutely. This is the place for you to explore and learn all those woo-woo things you’ve been curious about. The Casual Coven library has a ton of resources for you and I’m always available to answer questions in our private community chat.
i've been a spiritual path for a long time, is the casual coven still a good fit for me?
I’ve been on my own spiritual journey for decades. Part of the reason I created this community was to help me stay consistent. There’s always something fun to go deeper with. It’s so helpful to be surrounded by people that get where you’re coming from want to cheer you on. If that sounds like it would be supportive to where you’re at now, then we are excited to have you!
what time are the live events at?
I am in Los Angeles, so all times are in PST. Moon Ceremonies happen at 7:00pm within 48 hours of the new or full moon. Workshops and Coaching sessions are usually around 10:00am during the week.
