Autumnal Equinox Yoga Nidra Meditation (Audio)

Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep.” One hour of Yoga Nidra is as replenishing as three hours of good sleep. This is a deep journey that travels through the five Koshas, aka sheaths, of existence. This particular session was to help you find your gifts. Regular practice of Yoga Nidra is cumulative and will boost feel good chemicals in your body. It will heal pain, insomnia, and PTSD.

Get super cozy for this. Lay in bed, have a pillow, a blanket, maybe something under your knees. Whatever you need to do to let yourself fully relax, go for it.
