Thank you universe, angels, ascended masters, ancestors, and all higher beings of light for being with us tonight. Thank you for providing us with clarity to be fully aligned with your energy and our divine right. We choose to be open and receive everything we need to support our path forward. We acknowledge and accept that we are powerful manifestors and choose to use our co-creation for the elevation of ourselves, humanity, the planet, and the universe. And so it is.

what is manifesting?

When we hear about manifesting, what people are talking about is consciously co-creating with the universe. Creating what you want, on purpose, the easiest way.

We are already manifesting. Look at what you have in your life, you have manifested this. You are already an excellent manifestor.

Because you are a creator, you always want something else. This is natural. Sometimes people want something and they work really really hard for it. But in a way, they are pushing boulders up hill. When we manifest, we create and it feels like easy. Even if there is action to be taken, it feels easier, inspired. Like you’re steering the ship instead of pushing the ship.

The Universe is constantly responding to the vibration you are emitting and providing your life based on those vibrations. If you want to know where you are vibrating – just look at what you have. Some areas may be amazing, others may need a little support.

a word about willpower

Will power is effort. We have a limited supply of will power in our system. It gets depleted because of decision fatigue. Decisions all day exhaust us. Everything from what you wear to what you eat, let alone the bigger decisions. This is why at the end of the day it’s so hard to exercise or make a healthy food choice. We are in decision fatigue. This depletes our will. Will power is not a efficient way to get things done.

We can manifest with the Law of Attraction instead.

Has anyone watched the movie The Secret? Or read Abraham-Hicks? These are come of the most popular things about manifesting and the Law of Attraction. There are other laws of the universe which are also helpful. We will focus on the Law of Attraction for today.

The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. Similar things attract similar things. For example: people of a certain political party attract and are attracted to people within that same political party. When you have a negative thought it attracts another negative thought.

what manifesting is not…

It is not magical thinking. It is also not sitting on the couch doing nothing waiting for the love of your life to walk thru your front door.

Manifesting is intentional thinking, plus inspired action.

In order to have intentional thinking you have to know what you want and speak it in the universe’s language.

First we have to understand what we want…

how to phrase things

It needs to be phrased in the positive.

The universe only hears in positives. If you say “I don’t want to be alone.” The universe hears… “I want to be alone.” When we complain about ourselves or have negative self-talk, often what we are doing is reinforcing the negative instead of asking for what we want. We phrase things in the positive. Instead of “I’m scared of getting fired” we say, “I get promoted.” You can think about what you don’t want and then pivot to what you do want. Don’t focus on what you don’t want – focus on what you DO want.

It needs to be in the present tense.

When you say, “I want more money” what you are creating is continuing to want more money. So you would shift this to, “I have money.”

Be Clear. 

Let’s take the money example. If you say, “I have more money” what is more money? THe universe could send you a penny on the ground, now you have more money. So you do want to be clear.

Specificity.

Traditional manifesting teaches that you need to be SUPER specific about what you want. This is sort of true. I realized for myself the more specific I’ve been almost the harder it is to manifest. And when I’ve been more general, it comes easier. Some people need to be more specific and some need to be more general. Play with it or check your Human Design.

Start with.

Choose I am… I have… I get to… thank you for… I love it when…

ARE YOU A SPECIFIC OR GENERAL MANIFESTOR

Get your Human Design chart!  The chart looks intimidating and I definitely recommend getting yours read by a professional but there are a few things you can know that will be helpful. You see the four arrows near the top? The one on the bottom right is what kind of manifestor you are. If it faces LEFT you need to be SPECIFIC in your desires. If it faces RIGHT you need to be more general.

If you are a Specific Manifestor

Be DETAILED about what you want. If you want a house, say how many square feet, the style, the rooms, the fixtures, all the little things.

If you are a General Manifestor

You will focus on more broad strokes. For a home you might say, a beautiful home, that is spacious, that we all love.

Phrase your desire. What do you want? Write it down and let’s tweak it so it’s phrased in the most universe-friendly way.

 

CHECK IN:

Say your statement. Say it with your eyes closed and listen in your body. Does your body feel like it’s a YES I believe this? Or does your body feel like a no? Can you pinpoint the emotion it makes you feel?

That will be your first clue if you are aligned with your desire or not.

Emotions are your guidance system. They tell you where you are and help give you direction. If you are wanting a new house because it makes you feel security, but your current living situation makes you feel stagnant- then there is a gap of emotion. You need to find your way to the emotion “security.” The more you find the feeling of security in your current life, then the house will inevitably manifest into your reality.

“At the heart of every condition is a vibrational pattern- a rather minor tweaking of vibrational patterning (sort of like the hub of a wheel) can affect tremendously out there on the peripheral of this big wheel… A little bit of tweaking on the emotion can make a big difference in the way the physical manifestation occurs.”

HOW IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL WORKSHEET

Write down how having the thing you want will make you feel. Choose 1-3 aligned emotion words.

Write down how not having the thing you want makes you feel. Choose 1-3 misaligned emotion words.

Notice the gap between where you are and what you want.

subsconscious

Our conscious mind is very limited in making things happen. The heavy lifting comes from the subconscious mind, which controls 90% of everything we do.

The subconscious mind stores your experiences, habits, memories, skills (things that become second nature – like tying your shoe or driving), things other people said and did, and your beliefs.

Everything that you have seen, done or thought is also there. It constantly monitors the information coming from the senses for dangers and opportunities. And it communicates that information to the conscious mind.

Understanding, uncovering, and reprogramming your subconscious is the real work of manifestation.

But this can be tricky, because it’s hidden. A lot of our subconscious programming comes from what we heard, learned, saw, felt as children. Sometimes it could have been one thing you heard off-handedly and made a decision about and then it became a part of your fabric of thinking.

Also, the stronger the emotion associated with an experience the more weight it has in your subconscious.

For example when I was about 6 or 7 I really wanted the Barbie dollhouse for christmas. I didn’t get it, what I did get was some other dollhouse. It was not the same and I was devastated inside. Years/decades later I realized that I turned this into a subconscious belief that I never get quite what I want. I had this constant feeling that I was always one degree away from what I wanted, resulting in never having what I truly wanted. When I was able to shine the light on this subconscious belief I was able to choose to believe something else.

These types of subconscious thoughts create resistance.

Resistance is anything that is misaligned to what you want, therefore blocking it. LIMITING BELIEFS are the number one Resistance creators.

A Limiting Belief is any conscious or subconscious thought pattern that conflicts with what you are wanting to create. Let’s say you want a high level, high paying job. But you have a belief that the top one percent are bad, evil people. Your system will not LET you have that kind of job/financial gain because it won’t let you do something that “bad, evil people” do.

If you want to find a man to fall in love with, but you have an underlying belief that men are cheaters and will hurt you. Then your system will not allow you to find a man to be with. The conflicting belief aka the Limiting Belief – creates RESISTANCE. Resistance BLOCKS your energy.

Our IDENTITY can be a huge blocker. I had an identity that I was a foodie, and I believed that being a foodie meant you eat everything and a lot of it and food is your life. Well, I also had a desire to be healthy. My identity as a foodie was blocking my desire to be healthy. I had to change my identity to someone who is health conscious and enjoys all the food.

I have found that the key to manifesting is not so much focusing on the thing you want- we are taught to make vision boards and focus on the thing everyday. I think those things are helpful but it’s MORE impactful to clear Resistance.

If you’re trying to be healthy, but you eat poison every day. It doesn’t matter how much you exercise or eat well. Until you remove the poison, your body won’t be healthy.

If you want to be happy, and you are always complaining about how life isn’t working, you are blocking your own happiness.

Don’t use these as a reason to be hard on yourself! They are just navigation system- showing you were you are so that you can redirect your ship where you want it to go.

Write the The one thing you wrote that you wanted. Now I want you to write for a few minutes all the limiting beliefs you can bring to your conscious brain. Some questions that can be illuminating:

WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT WHY YOU CAN’T HAVE THIS?

WHAT’S HARD ABOUT HAVING IT?

WHAT WOULD NEGATIVE PEOPLE SAY?

WHAT ARE THINGS YOU’VE HEARD THAT GO AGAINST HAVING THIS?

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE ABOUT YOUR IDENTITY THAT GOES AGAINST THIS?

I used to be confused when people would say, just stop being attached, surrender, stop resisting. Like how am I resisting the thing I want? How do i stop being attached to something I want? This was frustrating to me.

The piece that everyone leaves out, which I feel is my secret sauce- is Stress Relief. Clearing stress from your body releases resistance. The key to manifesting is neutralizing stress. So the thing you want doesn’t cause stress. And the not having it doesn’t cause stress either. Manifesting is simple. We become a conduit for manifestation when we reduce stress. We easily manifest what we want when there is no stress around it.

This is why some of the easiest manifestations for me are the ones I care the least about – wouldn’t it be great if ______ and then I never think about it again. And then it happens. Because I have zero stress around whether it happens or not, I’m not attached to the outcome.

It’s when we start stressing about when’s it going to happen, how is it going to happen? Why isn’t it happening? I’m not going to be happy until it happens… all those thoughts create a stress response.

When our stress response is activated, we are blocking our inner wisdom. We block our intuition. We block our joy. We block our manifestations.

SO LET GO OF THE HOW. You don’t need to know how. I want this but I don’t know how. That’s ok, that’s the Universe’s job to figure out the how. It’s just your job to come up with the what and then practice releasing stress.

Is it connected to other limiting thoughts?

Send them to the Universe

The universe turns it into something beautiful and places it among the stars

Fill the space in your mind with white light, white is the color of infinite possibility
