The Easiest Way to Clear Negativity

I feel like shit. I got triggered by something yesterday and I haven’t been able to work through it. We all get into those little dips sometimes. We don’t even always know where it started we just know that all of the sudden we feel yucky and stuck. We might have an arsenal of tools but we can’t seem to motivate to use any of them. This is when I call in violet.

colors

Colors all have healing energy. They each have their own unique correspondence to emotions and chakras. In Chinese medicine they resonate with different organ systems and also relate to the different elements. Have you noticed those days where you just need to wear that green shirt? Or maybe it’s all black. Your intuition is working to try and give your system what it needs. It already knows what color is going to help balance you out. There is science behind the use of colors and is commonly used in marketing and branding.

what does violet do?

Violet is the catch all color for when you’re feeling bad or something is not quite right.

Violet consumes all limiting, all negative, all stuck.

Violet is the only energy tool I’ve heard of that you don’t need permission to use it for someone else. You can use violet on yourself but also picture violet anywhere for anyone and it will help them.

There have been times where everyone in my house is having a hard time sleeping and I picture us all surrounded in violet. The whole house seems to settle down when I do this.

try violet now

  1. Close your eyes
  2. Picture yourself filling and surrounding with violet light
  3. Violet head to toe, inside and out, spreading out six feet away from your body.
  4. Extend the violet to your space and the people around you, if needed.
  5. Stay there until you feel a shift.

Sometimes I see the violet like a swirling little PacMan just chomping away at all the negativity. Like I said, when I started writing this I felt like shit. But I did the violet exercise and it helped open me up.

So quick. So easy.

What color are you wearing right now?
