Winter Solstice Workshop
In this Winter Solstice workshop we wrote about the year behind us, reflecting on what worked and didn’t work. Then we did one of my favorite New Year traditions, writing a Future Letter. We wrote letters of gratitude to the Universe thanking it for all the wonderful things that happened in the year to come. Every year I do this, I’m always astonished at how much of it comes true! This is the perfect ritual to do every Winter Solstice.
SUPPLIES:
Pen
Paper (at least two sheets)
Candle
Something purple
Optional: music
